国际笔会狱中作家委员会强烈抗议,异议作家、记者陈道军因其网络文章被以“煽动颠覆国家政权罪”判处有期徒刑三年。国际笔会认为,对陈道军的判罪侵犯了中国已签署的《公民权利与政治权利国际公约》第19条保障的自由言论权,并呼吁立即无条件释放他。
据国际笔会信息,自由记者陈道军于2008年11月21日被成都中级人民法院以“煽动颠覆国家政权罪”判处有期徒刑三年,剥夺政治权利三年。陈于5月9日以“煽动颠覆国家政权罪”被捕,该罪名在拘押期间曾被撤销而换为“煽动分裂罪”,其原因国际笔会尚不清楚。11月5日对他二小时半庭审没有宣判,但11月21日则以他发表在海外中文网络和香港杂志上的三篇文章判以“煽动颠覆罪”。这三篇中文文章如下:
1)《官逼民反——向英勇抗争的藏民致敬》(http://2newcenturynet.blogspot.com/2008/04/blog-post_7713.html),评2008年3月的西藏抗议;
2)《十七大后怎么办?》(http://www.newcenturynews.com/Article/gd/200711/20071117100747.html),评2007年11月的中国共产党代表大会;
3)《反西方华人的背景》(http://www.fireofliberty.org/article/7867.asp),评2008年4月中国向法国和美国示威游行。
现年四十岁的陈道军是四川省成都市金堂县异议自由撰稿人,据信因几篇文章支持2008年3月的西藏自治区动荡后的反政府示威者而成为打压对象。
