JUDICIAL CRISIS IN PAKISTAN

Given the latest scenario of the ongoing judicial crisis in pakistan, it appears well-evident that a clash of horizontal and verticle political forces between the goernment supported political parties and those of opposition-espoused parties is touching its zenith.The Government- a defacto party against the reference sent to the Supereme Court of pakistan. by no means seems to have adopted any policy of flexibility towards ts official held-stand, on the otherhand, the opposition parties do reflect their show of seemingly unity in their previously shown diversity except the dwindling policy- stand of Pakistan’s Pepole party of Benezir Bhutto.
