当前的中国,危机四起冲突不断,无论政府还是民众都缺乏足够的智慧,来解决社会转型时期出现的种种矛盾和冲突。政府对民众一味使用高压和强权,民众则用“以暴抗暴”作着原始的抗争,政府与民众都陷入了共同使用“以暴抗暴”的怪圈,长此以往必然会将中国带入“共同死亡”式的社会生态。
和解,只有和解,才能避免矛盾双方的“共同死亡”,才能避免中国几千年以来通过暴力达到朝代更替的恶性循环,才能实现社会各阶层的共生同存。
基于不谋而合的理念,齐氏文化基金会将首届“推动中国进步奖”授予中国和解智库,肯定其在向中国政府和民众宣传和解共生理念方面的不懈努力,并藉此推动和解的思想在中国的进一步传播。
齐氏文化基金会首届“推动中国进步奖”颁奖会暨研讨会,将于2008年11月2日在澳大利亚墨尔本举行,届时将有悉尼科技大学历史系、中国问题研究专家冯崇义博士、澳大利亚前国会议员陈之彬、中国宪政促进会主席王军涛、中国和解智库创办人之一邱岳首、中国和解智库发言人王光泽、澳大利亚维省多元文化专员蒋天麟、藏汉和解促进会发起人冷眉等各界人士参加。
除向中国和解智库颁发“推动中国进步奖”外,会议还将进行相关的讨论会,请各界人士就和解问题进行探讨。
欢迎贵报(台)对这一会议进行采访报道,可在会议前采访齐氏文化基金会相关人员就这一颁奖会作访谈,也可在会议中采访受奖机构代表。
