今年，二零零九年的六月 四日，是震惊中外的北京天安门民主运动整整二 十周年。
二 十年前，无数忧国忧民的中国青年学生，为了国家的民主富强，发出了反专制反贪腐开放党禁报禁的强烈呼声，却遭到了执政当局的无情镇压。多少热血青年的热血，又一次洒在了他们所挚爱的土地上。
二 十年来，中国确实发生了很大的变化，经济得到了长足发展，人民生活有了明显改善，但执政当局曾经许诺的政治体制改革几乎停滞，六 四当年的强烈要求不仅没有兑现，反而贪腐愈演愈烈，贫富更加悬殊，资源枯竭环境污染……二 十年了，尽管当局淡化了那场运动的性质，但冤案没有得到平反，正义没有得到伸张。

公正地说，中国今天的经济成就，老百姓有所得益，离不开那场民主运动；许多海外华人的居留发展，享受自由民主安康，更与六 四息息相关。饮水思源，我们不能愧对已经离开人世二 十周年的死者。我们秉着良心吁请全球华人，地不分东西南北，人不分男女老幼，在今年的六
